There were a lot of bands at Woodstock. Pretty much everyone knows Janis Joplin and Santana were there, but what about Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Grateful Dead, The Who, and The Band — much less Quill and Sha Na Na? That’s right. Sha Na Na was the next to last act right before Jimi Hendrix! (Guess who said — during the concert — “Get off my f**king stage.”) And what about the near misses?
