What Do You Serve with Your Bossa Nova?

Spread Love

It’s that time of year…

You know, parties, festivities, gatherings and all that.

We’d humbly suggest that any holiday playlist would eagerly accommodate the classic Getz/Gilberto, which pretty much introduced bossa nova to the world — and sounds every bit as fresh, inventive and sophisticated as it did in 1964.

And since chances are good you’ll be listening with some kind of beverage in your hand, we’ve enlisted our favorite polymath, multi-instrumentalist Josh Turner, to suggest the perfect wine pairing with this timeless record. After all, one classic deserves another.

So, pour yourself another serving of Wine & Vinyl.

PS. If you don’t know Josh, you owe yourself a visit to his YouTube channel. And please check out the first Wine & Vinyl episode, which finds the right wine mate for Pink Floyd.
